hen I married my husband, Rob, I became an instant mother to a wonderful thirteen year old boy, Quinn.  Those teen years came with everything you would expect ...and then some.  I had to adapt to a style of parenting that was in place.  It was because of my relationship with him that I became interested in different approaches to parenting.

At the same time our family began to grow. We now have two sweet kiddos together. Barrett who is 7 months old, and Piper who is almost 4 years old. We are a family of five with diverse up-bringing , co-parenting issues, and a large generational gap in our kids.

Our goals for our family are aligned.

We are raising happy, loving, responsible adults.  But with so many philosophies out there, my role became "strategist".

As a Parenting Strategist, I can assess  all the areas of your parenting style, environment, and help find an effective pathway to simplify your parenting practices. In turn, reducing stress on children and parents, and allowing room for connection, creativity, and relaxation.

I also support you teaching natural consequences.  Showing you ways to set and enforce limits with sincere compassion and empathy. Allowing children to make decisions, affordable mistakes and experience the natural or logical consequences.

I know all families are unique. I don't believe there is a one size fits all approach to raising children.   For that reason I am constantly re-evaluating techniques and following the latest research in the field.
